Sarah Greenberg

Sarah has been practicing and studying various types of yoga for 15+ years, and has her 200-hour teaching training certification from Yoga East West. She began practicing yoga as a way to cope with the stress of competitive sports and an intense academic schedule. After tearing her ACL, Sarah delved deeper in yoga not only to calm the mind, but also therapeutically to help strengthen the body and prevent injury.
Her yoga classes are designed to cultivate heightened mind-body awareness through breath to movement flows and guided meditations. She believes that yoga should be accepting and inclusive for all (regardless of your body type, what you look like, or who you love), and she strives to create safe spaces for students to be themselves and listen to their inner guide. She is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga and truly believes in its power of reconnecting with our breath, hearts, and bodies, on and off the mat.
